We meet monthly to review the key performance indicators of the farms. We prepare accounts every two months and it is monitored to the strict budget that is set. These reports form an integral part of the future funding arrangements of the business. A recent restructure has resulted in two companies and a partnership to ensure growth and future succession can take place. The preservation of equity was most important matter for all stakeholders.
